Work stress, school stress, emotional stress….
all this can be such a burden and drain…
irregular sleeping habits, eating habits
so bad for the health…
I need get away and get more stable.. I’m too old for this!!
Hopefully things are calming down soon and things can be the way they should be.
YEA….. That would be nice wouln’t it? *Sigh*
